This page summarises the statutory registrations applicable to our export and import operations and provides authenticated copies of select government certificates for verification by banks, buyers, and counterparties. Documents are provided for transparency only and do not constitute legal or tax advice.

Official certificates

GST registration certificate

Goods and Services Tax (India)

Issued under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 / State GST Acts. Confirms GST registration for lawful supply of goods and services, including export and related domestic transactions.

Issuing authority: Government of India — GST Network / jurisdictional authority

Reference: GSTIN available on invoice and upon KYC for counterparties.

MSME registration certificate

Udyam / MSME (India)

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises registration under the applicable MSME framework. Supports eligibility for certain schemes, credit facilitation references, and transparent classification of enterprise scale.

Issuing authority: Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises — Udyam Registration

Reference: Udyam / enterprise classification as per certificate.

Statutory registrations & programme participation

Narrative summary of additional registrations and compliance lanes. Formal numbers and copies are exchanged under contract, bank KYC, or tender requirements.

IEC — Importer Exporter Code

DGFT-issued Importer Exporter Code (IEC) is maintained for all cross-border shipments requiring India customs and RBI reporting alignment. IEC particulars are shared on commercial documents and as required for bank trade finance.

Note: IEC number furnished on pro forma invoices and contracts after buyer identification.

GST compliance programme

Tax invoices, e-way bills (where applicable), and export documentation are prepared in line with GST law and Foreign Trade Policy. LUT / bond arrangements for exports without payment of integrated tax are applied where eligible and declared.

Note: Specific treatment depends on supply chain and incoterms — confirmed per transaction.

APEDA (scheduled products)

Where export lanes cover scheduled agricultural or processed food products under APEDA jurisdiction, registrations and RCAC requirements are maintained and shipment documents are aligned to destination-market import rules.

Note: Product-specific — confirm HS chapter and destination SPS / phytosanitary needs before booking.
